Overview

Lombok is an island of sacred volcanoes, pristine coastlines, and rich Sasak heritage, a quieter, more elemental counterpart to Bali, just a short flight or boat ride away.

Begin your journey in the north, where Mount Rinjani, Indonesia’s second-highest volcano, rises above rainforest valleys and crater lakes. Trek with a private guide to scenic viewpoints, or follow jungle trails to the cascading waters of Sendang Gile and Tiu Kelep Waterfalls, hidden within the slopes of Rinjani National Park.

Explore the island’s cultural heritage in the traditional Sasak villages of Sade and Ende, where stone-lined courtyards, thatched roofs, and handwoven ikat textiles preserve centuries-old customs. Wander quiet footpaths, meet local artisans, and learn the stories behind each loom and ritual.

Along the southern coast, relax on white-sand beaches like Selong Belanak, Mawun, and Tanjung Aan. Stay in a private beachfront villa, enjoy spa rituals and curated yoga sessions, or surf world-class breaks with personalised instruction. In the evenings, dine with sea views or enjoy a bonfire on the sand beneath a starlit sky.

Complete your journey with a private boat charter to the Gili IslandsTrawangan, Meno, and Air, where calm lagoons and vibrant coral reefs invite days of private snorkelling, diving.

At LuxeIndonesia Travel, we craft tailor-made luxury Lombok itineraries, combining cultural immersion, natural beauty, and secluded elegance. Whether arriving by private boat or helicopter, each journey is guided by an expert.
